Dave's gifting in propelling leaders comes from his broad innovative approach to life. This comes through a mixture of having pioneered churches, being the founder and director of Issachar International, a NAFTA certified management consultant and the president of IC Consulting.

As the executive director of the Institute for Cross Cultural Affairs, he prioritizes designing and executing ground breaking initiatives between Christians, Israel and the Jewish people.
He Influences the Political Realm on Israel's Behalf
* In 2019 worked worked as a liaison between Governor Lee’s office and the Tennessee Jewish community. He initiated and facilitated meetings with rabbis, business leaders and the presidents of the Jewish Federations in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville and Chattanooga.
His main focus and efforts were aimed establishing a New State of Tennessee / Israel Chamber of Commerce with a corner stone of that effort being a gubernatorial tour of Israel. Thus facilitating trade, commerce and cultural exchanges. After a lot of work and genuine excitement shared by all we were saddened to say the covid epidemic has temporarily put these efforts on hold.
* In 2014, Dave joined the HaYovel organization in hosting an Israeli delegation in the offices of over twenty U.S. Senators and Congress men and women.
* Our ICCA Day at the Capitol facilitates teens from Israel, Canada, and Tennessee in meeting with Tennessee Senators, State Representatives, the Commissioner of Tourism and the Secretary of State.
* We have sponsored legislative tours to the Tennessee Whitwell "Paper Clips" Holocaust Museum as well as facilitated mayoral exchanges between Tennessee and Israel.
He Created Lindisfarne as a Strategy Base for Leaders
Being an altitude partner and a catalyst in igniting innovative thought and strategies for advancement in executives, entrepreneurs and leaders I realized I needed to provide an alternative space disconnected and distanced from their own work spaces.

So I built this deck for my consulting clients as well as other facilities for corporate or strategic leadership gatherings.
Here in the tranquility of the world my wife and I have built just outside of Nashville, they are re-centered in their personhood, invigorated in their identity, reinforced in their purpose, and energized by the freedom that higher altitude brings.
Then strategies flow easily and the previously wild and unruly commotion of possibilities and responsibilities become manageable, and a sustainable flow of progressive and prioritized execution becomes clear.
He Has a Deep Commitment to Mentoring and Creating Opportunities for Teens and Millennials
Dave has had a lifelong history of investing in younger leaders, now called millennials. Mentoring the next generation into their callings is one of life's best rewards and it is guaranteed to keep you sharp in your own calling..
