My purpose is to operate as a catalyst in igniting innovative thought in leaders. One of my most classic strengths is to get inside a leader's head and move enough significant mental furniture around so that he or she loses some sleep. 

I have often used the term an Altitude Partner. Most leaders have too many irons in the fire, a fact that is further complicated by an inability to find any on e person with whom they can adequately process all of the moving parts. I provide that high level collaborative interaction.

At my father in laws funeral it was said " many people build careers but Paul devoted his life to building his personhood". 

When you understand WHAT you are building in your life, then you have a road map to guide you through the multitude of HOW and WHY decisions.  

As a life coach and consultant this is one of my most acute targets. To discover and define your number one calling/ gifting in life or in this season of your life and then in every situation possible systematically remove everything non-essential while recalibrating your life into that target zone.

I like the unusual term of Social Architecture because it implies you taking personal responsibility for the future by designing / architecting your contribution to your family, community or sphere of influence.
