Ignites Leaders' Internal Combustion
My purpose is to operate as a catalyst in igniting innovative thought in leaders. One of my most classic strengths is to get inside a leader's head and move enough significant mental furniture around so that he or she loses some sleep.
I have often used the term an Altitude Partner. Most leaders have too many irons in the fire, a fact that is further complicated by an inability to find any on e person with whom they can adequately process all of the moving parts. I provide that high level collaborative interaction.
"Dave has been a trusted friend and inspiration for over thirty years as we have charted and re-charted our lives and careers to new and greater heights.
Put him to use and your life will be all the better for it."
Gov. Bill Lee
Governor of Tennessee
Life Coaching
At my father in laws funeral it was said " many people build careers but Paul devoted his life to building his personhood".
When you understand WHAT you are building in your life, then you have a road map to guide you through the multitude of HOW and WHY decisions.
As a life coach and consultant this is one of my most acute targets. To discover and define your number one calling/ gifting in life or in this season of your life and then in every situation possible systematically remove everything non-essential while recalibrating your life into that target zone.
“I find Dave extremely effective in helping me access what in my present is pulling me toward my past and what in my present holds key building blocks toward my future.
As an entrepreneur, practicing optometrist, lecturer and creator keeping patent options alive and safe, as well as overseeing a not-for-profit organization, many skill sets are required.
Dave’s ability to grasp the big picture while zeroing in on the specifics provides a clarifying focus that has proven invaluable.”
-Dr. Randy Fuerst
Optometrist, patient developer, entrepreneur, a lecturer and an overseer of a not-for-proft organization.
Impacts Communities
I like the unusual term of Social Architecture because it implies you taking personal responsibility for the future by designing / architecting your contribution to your family, community or sphere of influence.
Many leaders, having reached a level of success, find their internal values shifting toward how they can best bring a contribution to their community. Others have that perspective from the very beginning.
I work with thought leaders in discerning what they want their life to stand for, what their contribution is to be, and what strategies have the highest yield toward impacting change.
"[David's] character and integrity are of the highest order. This set of character and wisdom strengths has placed him in high standing in the community. David’s counsel is much sought after, and has helped steer large local businesses and international Christian ministries."
- Andy Reese
Vice President with Amec, one of the world’s largest international civil consulting firms and voted as one of the top speakers by American Mayors.
