Hear testimonials from teenagers that David's has impacted.

"In my life, David Fitzpatrick has really, in humility, held this place of a stepping stone for some of my major life destinations. From leading the tour of Israel with the ICCA’s Friendship Camp this past year (2018) to making my move from Canada to Tennessee at all possible in order to pursue my dream of a leadership role in ministry, Dave has really been the anchor for my journey's.

David is the kind of guy to constantly be looking outside of himself and his own agendas in order to look deeper into someone else and find their purpose.

When he finds that calling, it has been my experience that he will stretch himself in every which way to raise you up into that calling.

Having had a life submerged into leadership, Dave has honed the skills it takes to become a leader and sets up those around him with those same tactics to reach success in their own areas of leadership.

All this to say I would definitely keep an eye out for anything Dave puts his mind to. He has the ability, the connections, and the drive it takes to make something out of nothing. It is amazing to see what he can do when he finds a calling to run after."
Kristen Snow, Nova Scotia, Canada

My name is Shira Tzafary and I am a 17 year old girl from Israel and I have been impacted by David Fitzpatrick.

Asking me to explain David’s impact on me would probably take a couple of good hours to do it.

I met David in the summer of 2017, being a part of the best experience of my life, thanks to him.

Within less than two weeks, I found myself surrounded by a man with one of the largest hearts I’ve ever seen and one of the most amazing souls a human could ever have.

David taught me that everything is possible and every single person in this world can be your best friend for life, even though they are different religions and ages, even with time differences between us.

He is really wise, an open-minded and loving person and for me, he’s like an uncle who is always fun to have a conversation with and I wish that one day in the future I’ll get to live my own life in this inner peace, faith and happiness that he lives in.

I’ll be forever grateful for him, that I met him while being in the best experience of my life called “Camp Franklin”.

David Fitzpatrick is the type of person you want helping run everything. He is wise and patient, but he is also a visionary of what can be, rather than simply what is.

David has continuously pushed me to be a better man, to take hold of who I am, and to stand for the things that I believe in. Walking closely with David is both exciting and terrifying; you know that he is going to call out what is good in you, but you also know that he is going to call out what does not line up with that good.

His demeanor is beyond professional and, as a father, teacher, and leader, he understands how people work and that they take time.

I am a better young man today than I would've been had I not met David, and I know anyone he has encountered would say the same."
Noah Tannahill, Tennessee, USA

Dave Fitzpatrick has had a lasting impact on my life. He has opened up unimaginable opportunities, pushed me to places I never thought I could go and created a unique space for my calling.

His strategic thinking and connectedness have helped me grow in my true identity as a leader.

Dave not only opened up a space for me to speak at the Tennessee State Capitol as a 16 year old, but also asked me to help lead a friendship tour to Israel.

He has challenged my thought process towards myself and the world, and I am forever grateful for the wisdom, generosity and impact Dave and the ICCA have truly had on me.
Rachel Hewitt, Tennessee, USA

"David's worldview influenced me at various points in my state of mind and in my discovery of myself and into hard work, leadership and friendships. His history of doing good for people will always be appreciated.

David taught me to appreciate things I have, and to work hard to achieve my dreams."
Sagi Malka, Sha'arey Tikvah, Israel
